Synopsis:
It's Kanie's birthday and Isuzu wants to give him a present, but a hectic day full of complications makes it difficult.

Impressions:
With us hitting a good stopping point with Episode 12, this like Episode 13 serves as mostly an excuse for antics. The gimmick of having Isuzu, Latifah and Muse swap roles for the day was an interesting exploration of the characters in different situations and the battle royale B plot was fairly amusing as well. Like most such OAVs, if you like the characters, you'll appreciate just about any excuse to spend more time with them. Give it a watch.
