Synopsis:
Mihama Academy trains a new generation of operators.

Impressions:
While this was given a theatrical release, it seems to have been intended as a two-part OAV, so that's how I'm classifying it here. What drew me to the Grisaia franchise in the first place was the character of Yuuji Kazami and I rather liked most of the supporting cast as well. While there's some promise to the idea of a next generation sequel, the same appeal isn't there. Haruto hasn't got a patch on Kazami and the girls don't win you over as quickly. The story is decent enough and on a technical level it's well-made. Despite being somewhat underwhelmed, I think it's well enough worth a watch, so consider giving it a shot.
