Our Year as Supervillains - Part 1

Bureaucracy is the greatest supervillain. When the superhero team Liberty 7 fails to renew their superhero license, they face a year out of work and with the economy like it is, they could very well starve before the next renewal period. However, there is a provision that might just save them. The registration for supervillains is open year-round. Can they survive for a year as villains and then go back to their heroic ways or will they go careening off the slippery slope past the point of no return?
