Impressions:
I would see this advertised back in the day, but I never bothered to check it out. The character designs by Satoshi Urushihara certainly catch the eye, but there's not much of substance to be had here. The plot is basic and characterization in paper-thin. Skillful writers can flesh something out even in a limited runtime of 45 minutes, but we don't get that here. There are some nicely animated sequences and Lemnear is fairly cute, but that's about it. Given Urushihara's involvement in the project, the inclusion of a slave girl segment shouldn't come as much of a surprise. (I guess since he didn't write it, it ends up being fairly tame, all things considered.) I can't give this much of a recommendation. Take it or leave it.
