Synopsis:
Momo and Okarun's investigation into the haunting of Jiji's home makes them the target of the powerful Kitou Family.
Impressions:
We left on quite the cliffhanger last season and we hit the ground running with the big battle with the Kitou Family and the Mongolian Death Worm. We then transition to the threat of Evil Eye, which does some interesting things to test the bonds that have been formed among the members of our gang. We then close on a nice big kaijuu vs. giant mecha battle and another delightful little cliffhanger. For fans of the series, everything you loved about the first season is not only continued but pumped up. All due credit to Science Saru for continuing their admirable work of bringing an excellent to the small screen in a big way. I'm quite happy to recommend this for your collection, so be sure to get it.
