Synopsis:
Kougami travels to a hotspot in the Himalayas, where he meets a girl whose family was killed by guerillas.

Impressions:
Focusing on fan-favorite Kougami is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. This is a direct follow-up to the movie that sets up how Kougami got involved with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The premise is a fairly basic revenge story that weaves in Kougami's own experience with revenge. Tenzing is fairly appealing as Kougami's would-be protégée and Frederica Hanashiro is featured fairly prominently, so we get to learn a bit more about her. We get some good action sequences, particularly the final battle, and there's a fair bit of exploration into Tibetan culture, tying into the themes of the story, which is nice to see. Definitely give this one a watch.
