Synopsis:
On an unstable planet where terraforming has gone awry, daredevils race in pursuit of the legendary Loser King.

Impressions:
Imagine a high-octane scifi take on Wacky Races and that's pretty much what you get here. There isn't much time to develop the plot, such as it is, so it ultimately feels like an exercise in style over substance, but a remarkably small crew put this together, so I have to give them props for that. Compare and contrast with Madhouse's Redline. If you're just looking to enjoy the ride, it's certainly worth a watch.
