Synopsis:
An extended telling of Ban's first encounter with Elaine and a collection of assorted vignettes of the other characters.

Impressions:
The first episode takes the flashbacks of Ban's past with Elaine and fleshes them out. If you're fond of their tragic love story, then you'll appreciate getting a little more of it. None of the new material really changes what you learn from the series proper, but you do get to see more of how their relationship develops. The second episode is just a string of humorous vignettes, mostly just inconsequential fun with the characters but not at all unwelcome for fans of the series. If you're a fan, give it a watch.
