Synopsis:
The world has been devastated by a virus that turns people into monsters called Gibia, and while a group of survivors work to develop a vaccine, they are joined in their fight by warriors transported through time from the Sengoku Period.

Impressions:
Where do I begin with this show? If it had just been the story of the survivors working to develop the vaccine, that would have been one thing, but then they bring time travel into it (which is never explained and accepted with surprisingly little resistance) and then there's the twist revealed in the penultimate episode that makes it even sillier. It's a horribly written mess that is further hobbled by ugly monster designs and low-quality animation. The only reason I kept watching was because it was fascinating watching such a trainwreck unfold and also that it felt like something from the late 80s or early 90s that had done some time traveling itself. It's that fascination that just barely keeps me from rejecting it outright. It's prime riffing material and with that in mind, I say take it or leave it.
