Impressions:
A zombie apocalypse but with cats. The PV told me all I need to know and I'm quite happy that the finished product managed to deliver on the promise. Had this come out during the zombie boom of about 10 or 15 years ago, it might have gotten lost in the shuffle, but with less zombie content out at the moment, it helps it stand out a bit, not that the premise alone wouldn't be enough to draw people's attention. Now, while it plays on a lot of zombie tropes, if you're concerned about kinetic solutions to the Nyandemic, rest assured that this story was made by a cat lover for a cat-loving audience, so things never take a grim turn. It's a funny story that revels in its absurdity with some good use of deadpan comedy to keep the stakes feeling real in-universe. Additionally, there's a lot of practical pointers on feline care, especially during the post-credit sequences. I had a lot of fun with it and if you're a cat fancier with a good sense of humor, you'll have fun with it too. Give it a watch at the very least.
